Credits for returns will not be given on non stock line goods until they have been re-sold.

Payment is due by 20th of the month following purchase.  Accounts outstanding more than 15 days past due date will be put on suspended credit.  Interest may be charged on overdue accounts.  Credit by prior arrangement only.

Ownership of all goods supplied is retained by Charmans until we receive payment in full of all amounts owed by the customer under this or any other contract with Charmans.
